Margaret Roberts’ Workshop Scheduled

A dedicated community advocate, Roberts frequently uses her art to give back. On Thursday, May 29, she will lead a three-hour workshop to benefit Mountain Projects, a nonprofit organization serving Western North Carolina for over 50 years. Mountain Projects supports the elderly, disabled, and families in need through various services.

The workshop will guide participants through creating their own torn-paper collage—from design to watercolor painting to final assembly. Attendees will also enjoy a farm-to-table lunch at Single Tree Heritage Kitchen, which partners with local growers and embraces sustainable, socially responsible practices.
