Will HintonĀ is a teacher, artist, and advocate from Gates County, North Carolina. His work reflects a deep connection to community and nature. Over his 40-year tenure at Louisburg College, he has served as a one-person art department, teaching various visual arts and curating exhibitions. Hinton has contributed to numerous public artworks across North Carolina, including murals, mosaics, and sculptures, while also creating intimate still-life drawings and pottery. He played a key role in relocating the Confederate monument from the Louisburg College campus to Oakwood Cemetery.
